Dawn Miller proudly serves as the Director at Harrison Village Childcare, where her passion for early childhood education shines every day. Originally from a small town in Alabama, Dawn moved to Nebraska 17 years ago and discovered her calling in working with children. For the past eight years, she has brought energy, creativity, and heart to every classroom she supports.
As Director, Dawn loves being part of a team that helps children learn, grow, and build lifelong skills. She finds immense joy in creating a nurturing environment where kids feel safe, valued, and excited to come to school each day.
Outside of work, Dawn is a dedicated mom to three boys—Braydon (17), Bentley (14), and Greyson (9). Together, they enjoy hands-on DIY projects and spending quality time at the pool. Her experience as a parent deeply informs her compassionate and supportive approach to leading both staff and students. For Dawn, being a leader in early childhood education is more than a job—it's a true passion.
